Creative Support Solutions is a consulting firm that provides operational support in the areas of billing, provisioning, and back-office processes. It was founded in June 1998 by Marnell Robertson to fill the critical void that existed in these industry-specific areas.

While all telecommunications providers rely heavily on their operational support systems, Marnell was fully aware of the struggle that many companies often faced with respect to these systems and related processes; recognizing the lack of viable options, Marnell established Creative Support Solutions. Through her unique focus on operational support and its often challenging and complex processes, Marnell has been able to offer her clients effective solutions to their operational needs.
